About
Buffalo Hirsch is a large open-air cocktail truckyard concept in historic Old Town Lewisville. Three food trucks on property with two bar concepts servicing a well shaded patio. This family friendly (until 10pm)/pet-friendly space hopes to become your new neighborhood social space! Open late: 2am on Friday and Saturdays, midnight every other night. We're home to three food trucks: The Tomato Pizza, The Pickled Carrot, and Mr. Bacciagalupe's (truck hours are posted weekly on our social media sites). Hirsch House, one of the two bar concepts, is open Wednesday through Sunday with exceptions for special events/watch parties. We also offer the space for private rentals (reach out to events@buffalohirsch.com)!
