About
Pho has been considered as a mainstay of Vietnamese cuisine. At Pho Bistro we use fresh, quality beef bones, whole sides of flank steak, traditional herbs, and vegetables to develop our savory broth. Our lengthy process and careful simmering methods develop a unique and authentic flavor. Pho is served with fragrant basil leaves, bean sprouts, sliced jalapenos, and fresh squeezed lime. However, our menu does not end there. We also offer a variety of other types of traditional dishes such as tasty appetizers, fresh sub-sandwiches, delicious rice and vermicelli dishes with grilled meats, flavorful stir-fry dishes. For those who have a sweet tooth, don't hesitate to try our mouth-watering traditional desserts and beverages.
