Legacy Boxing Gym is a veteran-owned nonprofit boxing gym serving Lake Dallas and surrounding communities. We teach real boxing fundamentals in a safe, structured, supportive environment for youth, teens, adults, women, beginners, and competitive athletes. Our coaches focus on technique, conditioning, discipline, confidence, and personal growth. Open-gym training and group classes are available throughout the week.

Team Tef Boxing in Frisco, Texas, offers boxing instruction for all ages and fitness levels. From youth programs to senior citizens classes, their curriculum focuses on the core fundamentals of boxing, building a strong foundation for anyone interested in the sport, whether for fitness or competitive purposes. Team Tef Boxing is a USA Boxing affiliate, the only one in the area to provide opportunities for competitive boxing.

Twisted Bodies Pilates and Yoga offers pilates, yoga training, training for entire sports teams, and private training. If you are seeking one on one attention, you can count on us to cater a routine that fits who you are and what you need.
