Step 1- Give it a try! We welcome anyone new to CrossFit to try us and our facility for a full week (5 session maximum)…at no cost! Get familiar with the facility, the faces, and the flow of a workout before making any monetary commitment! We Host Classes All Day + Open Gym "Come Early, Stay Late!" CLASS SCHEDULE All classes run approximately 60 minutes, but we encourage our members to come early and stay late! Each class consists of a general warmup, skill development, strength work, and conditioning. OPEN GYM Open Gym is designed to allow extra time for further development of skill, strength, or conditioning. Based on each person’s individual goals, Open Gym can be utilized as a way for extra work before or after our class workout.

OpenGym LLC is rethinking gym space and how technology can be applied to this newly designed space. Through use of patented technologies we are creating a gym for customers that is unlike anything in existence. Customers will enter into a sports science and technology center to train. The overall goal of OpenGym LLC is to identify areas for improvement in both the process and the current technologies. We will put our technology backgrounds to work finding solutions that have not yet been offered.
