Whether you're a toddler at 4, a grade school junior, a middle or high school teen or an adult, Tiger-Rock Martial Arts is open to everyone at our academy. We provide two locations in Frisco-one at Legacy Dr and the other at Main St. Our Frisco Main martial arts academy offers classes that are fun and exciting. Tiger-Rock Martial Arts combines the tradition of taekwondo with the latest advances in physical fitness to create an extensively heart-pounding workout. Our Frisco Main martial arts academy offers daytime, afternoon and evening classes on a weekly basis. At Tiger-Rock, our training program provides many benefits that enriches every student's life skills, self-esteem, control, discipline, confidence and physical fitness!
