TQM Café is an elevated, chef-driven café and restaurant in Austin Ranch / The Colony, bringing together premium specialty coffee, ceremonial matcha and modern cuisine. Our coffee program features rare Panama Geisha and signature espresso drinks crafted with carefully selected specialty coffee beans, while our ceremonial-grade matcha is prepared with 4 grams per latte for a rich, authentic matcha experience. Beyond the coffee bar, our chef-driven kitchen serves globally inspired dishes made with quality ingredients, with sautéed dishes prepared using olive oil, plus weekend brunch.
