Formerly known as Choi Donut, we continue serving the community with freshly made donuts, Texas-style sausage and jalapeño kolaches, breakfast pastries, and hot coffee every morning. Everything is made fresh daily using high-quality ingredients. Whether you're stopping in for a quick breakfast, picking up for the office, or ordering catering trays, we’re here to serve you with friendly service and consistency. Sophia's Kitchen has a wide variety of gourmet lattes, teas, protein lattes and smoothies. We are about being part of a community and growing with the community. Our mission is to be a destination for gathering, sharing love and creating memories with delicious food. We work exclusively with local roasters and all our baked goods and donuts are freshly made in-house, daily.

Opened on January 2020 serving community with fresh donuts every morning where our owner/baker arrives at 1AM (or earlier) to begin preparing. We also serve kolaches (sausage rolls) in variety options along with breakfast items like Croissant Sandwiches, Spinach Feta, and burritos. If you need a caffeine, we have coffee and cappuccino by Community Coffee - do not worry, we also have decaf coffee!!
