We are a BRAND NEW 55 + Adult Tiny Home Community. Our sales center is currently open Wed-Sat 12-4PM. We have Champion, Platinum Cottages, and Clayton tiny homes on site for purchase. You rent the lot on a monthly basis. We will be a gated community with 80 lots in total.
