About
Three Denton Boys dreamed up a concept where they would want to hang out at and spend their hard earned dollars locally. Something different, but with something for everybody. What we ended up with is a fun, laid back local joint that has it's own identity that specializes in Asian Fusion, Sushi, Ramen, Bao, Poke, Totchos. Asian Fare, Texas Twist. Personal, neighborhood service. Seasonal Craft cocktails, fun sake menu, beer, wine, spirits. See you soon!

206 LUSTER GRILL Teriyaki concept is from Seattle WA, which is mecca of Teriyaki in the USA. Seattle WA have more Teriyaki restaurants than anywhere in the world including Japan. We at 206 LUSTER GRILL make our own Teriyaki sauce in house, among other sauces that we serve with different dishes... "LIKE I SAID, IT'S THE SAUCE!"
206 = SEATTLE area code.
LUSTER = Teri (照り), which refers to a shine or LUSTER given by the sugar content in the tare (タレ).
GRILL = Yaki (焼き), which refers to the cooking method
According to our Seattlite/PNW customers who have lived in Texas for decades, we are the first & best Seattle Teriyaki in Texas. We've gotten overwhelming support from PNW customers. We've been in Seattle Teriyaki business for 26+ years.
